Large serving of chicken paitan special ramen This was my first visit 9 years after moving to Tsukamoto. Seriously delicious. Hair ties, wet tissues, fans, and hospitality are also available. I want to beat myself, who didn't know this taste for eight years, with the thickest stick in the house.

Delicious and hearty😋 It's been about a year and a half since I moved to Kansai, but this is the flavor I'm most addicted to. The soup has a strong richness, but it's great without any unpleasant oiliness! The spicy wasabi rice is also great! I'll come again ^^

Today, I visited ``Mendokoro Iidaya'' in Tsukamoto, not for the limited edition, but to try the default menu♫ However, some of the menu contents have changed (´∀｀) I ordered the soy sauce-based version of the "Rich Chicken Paitan Flavored Egg Ramen" that I was looking for ♪ ( ´θ｀) The rice bowl is ready in about 10 minutes! ! The bubbling cappuccino-type chicken hot water is rich, odorless, and creamy to the touch, and goes great with the onion slices ♡ I'm also happy that you can enjoy two types: the rare type of char siu, which has a concentrated flavor of meat, and the chicken breast char siu, which has a moist texture that you can eat endlessly (*´ω｀*) The flat, medium-thick noodles have a firm texture and go down easily, making you completely satisfied. Since I have already visited you more than 15 times, I was able to safely hand over the stickers that I thought I had handed over smoothly (*´꒳`*) The default one was very delicious, but I'm really looking forward to the next limited edition (lol)
