Awesome noodles. Lovely staff.
I visited for the first time in a while and had soy sauce ramen for lunch for 800 yen. The soup is made with pork bone stock and soy sauce, the noodles are almost straight square noodles, and the ingredients are simple: pork belly and pork loin, bean sprouts, and chopped green onions. The flavor and richness of the dashi is good, and the strong saltiness gives it a pleasant taste, and although the aroma is fuzzy, it doesn't smell at all and increases your appetite. The noodles are not overpowering and seem to focus on how well they fit together, and the toppings are well-balanced, making the bowl as a whole delicious. The spicy miso on the table was too spicy for me and I started sweating even though I only added a little bit of it. The hygiene inside the store is standard, and the price seems cheap and good value. The customer service from the owner and the proprietress is polite and at the very least friendly, which leaves a very good impression. It tastes like old-fashioned Pork Seitan Soy Sauce Ramen. Although there are pros and cons to clearly stating that inbound support is not possible, I think it is great. Overall, it is without a doubt the highest rating of 5 stars.
