More Comments at Google MapI ordered Yamato ramen and gyoza. The name Yamato Ramen may not ring true to you, but once you eat it, you'll understand that it's Tenri Ramen. It's seriously delicious. What's going on with trademarks? Is it illegal to call it Tenri Ramen? If they hadn't registered a trademark like Iekei did, would capital-affiliated companies enter the Tenri Ramen world? The original shop name was Ayaka, so it feels like orthodox Tenri Ramen. Personally, I might prefer this one, as it feels like it's a subtle evolution of the mainstream Tenri ramen. I think it's valuable to be able to eat the local ramen that Kansai is proud of in Osaka without having to go all the way to Nara.
The nostalgic taste reminded me of Saika Ramen in Ashiya more than 20 years ago. I felt a soul that is not found in recent ramen shops with ramen that repeats hot and spicy flavors. Be sure to make a large serving of Chinese cabbage It was delicious (*´ω`*)
This is my second time changing from the predecessor Tenri Ayaka Ramen to Yamato Ramen. I ordered a large bowl of Yamato ramen with raw eggs (2 balls). There is grated garlic and red chili paste on the table, so mix it up to your liking. The taste is exactly like Ayaka ramen. It was delicious.
