More Comments at Google MapThis is how I got hooked on abura soba. I've never experienced a better flavor than this. I highly recommend it.
I had the rich seafood ramen ¥800 and fried chicken rice ¥300. The ramen is chicken and seafood, more like a stew than a soup, Ichijoji's polar chicken or more, and the fish is very strong. The noodles are thin noodles, but they are boiled hard so as not to lose the soup, and I think there is no other option. perfect. I have never eaten this anywhere else. It was so delicious. At Juso, the shops that are lined up aren't that big of a deal (such as ○ noodles or ○ jerks), but the ones that aren't lined up (again, I'm sorry. Excuse me) are said to be delicious, which is interesting. Also, I don't have a picture, but when I asked the owner about the chicken fat fried rice, I asked him if it was "fatty", and he said that the fat of the peach was fried in chicken oil. It's my favorite. Next time I will eat mixed noodles pushed by the store.
It was a quiet shop with only a counter, so I was able to relax. I had the tsukemen, and the soup had a lot of flavor from the ingredients and was delicious.
