A rich family-style ramen. I ordered soy sauce, but the ramen tasted like just the right amount of tonkotsu soy sauce. You may have a personal preference, but I loved it! You can also choose the intensity of the flavor, the hardness of the noodles, and the amount of oil. Garlic and other items are placed on the table, so you can customize them as you like. It goes really well with rice too! ! I haven't eaten it, but apparently it has a salty taste. Please refer to other people's reviews here🤣 The atmosphere of the staff is also great! Is it time to serve ramen? Every time we all say, “Let’s go!” That's kind of fun! Everyone is cheerful, which creates a very comfortable atmosphere. There are many other delicious ramen shops in the Tsukamoto area, but personally this is by far my favorite!
