A ramen shop around a minute within the Tsukamoto station area. The place is counter only, but each seat is well kept and clean. I ordered the bowl of miso ramen which was their standard bowl. It tastes like a tantanmen but with the consistency of a very thick Tenkai Ippin bowl, but with miso instead of tonkotsu. The ground meat in the middle was cold which is a minus for me but the presentation is okay. The pork is very tender and reminded me of buta kakuni. They claim that this is Sapporo ramen but with my experience this is the first of its kind.

We are an Italian family traveling to Japan. We love local Japanese culture and cuisine. This place surprised me, delicious typical dishes and staff very kind. Small local but very cute place with open kitchen. I strong recommend

The first item on the menu (Hokkaido Miso Ramen) is fantastic. Highly recommended. Best Miso Ramen I've ever had!
