More Comments at Google MapSince opening in 2010, "Men Ichika" has reigned as a top restaurant in JR Tsukamoto, and has opened its second store, its second brand, right near the main store 🍜 The new store will feature "tonkotsu seafood ramen," which has been a standard menu item, and the main store has been renovated to offer a lighter version of Kitakata ramen. It's under the elevated JR Tsukamoto Station, there's no signboard, just lanterns, so it might be hard to tell at first glance (; ゜Д゜) There is a battle for only 6 seats at the counter in the store🎵The interior is white with wood grain as the main theme, and chopsticks and towels are stored in a drawer at the counter. ○ Pork bone seafood Chinese noodles with soft-boiled flavored egg 850 yen A thick soup made by simmering bone marrow, pig's feet, maple leaves, backfat, etc. with flavorful vegetables over high heat, and adding mackerel flakes and dried sardines. It goes well with homemade thick noodles. Chewy and filling whole grain noodles add a spicy flavor to the rich soup ❤ Toppings include two types of char siu: rose and loin. It's intentionally cut into thin slices so it has a ham-like texture. I'm also happy that you can get a large serving of 250g of noodles (usually 150g) for free o(^o^)o
Meat soba is delicious. It was run by one woman.
Seaweed is also included, and the pork bone seafood is Japanese-style and delicious. Ramen battleground Tsukamoto's important store.
