This is my first visit. The customer service was friendly from the time I entered the store, and I was able to carefully explain the volume such as a little better and better. The taste was less Jiro-style “dark and karai”, and there was a umami of soup. Therefore, it may be unsatisfactory for those who are looking for The Jiro. Recommended for those who like Jiro-kei but wish there was a little more umami in the taste.

I heard that it is a Fuji Maru system and visited. I went around 18:00 on weekdays, but I was able to sit down without lining up. Order ramen with a little vegetable and karameshi. There is a reminder that it is forbidden to leave more than a little vegetable. The noodles are not the thick and hard noodles that are common in the Jiro style, but the thick yellow noodles that are smooth. This noodle is quite nice, it doesn't absorb the juice and doesn't stretch, so my stomach doesn't swell, so I was unsatisfactory with a little vegetable. Although it is a Fujimaru type, the vegetables were not crunchy but crispy. The soup stock is properly processed and is very delicious, and has a sweetness that is typical of Fujimaru. Next time I will try vegetables.

The soup is light, so I think it's the best for beginners to Jiro Kei. Even compared to other places, it’s much more delicious. Kizami Onion is a godsend. I even drank all the soup. Next time, I'll have to try Masimashi for onions and vegetables.
