Although the price is a little high, it is a collection of gems that you can think of as a special bungee from the stage of Kiyomizu ♡ Cheese, fishmeal, and a large amount of meat. Forget about your uric acid level today. “Men Factory JAWS” homemade noodles are medium-thick and straight with an irresistible texture. ! Mini rice is also included, but since yesterday I ate too much, so I'm refraining from eating it ( ´∀`) I'm really curious about the other menus, so I'm sure I'll visit again♫

A ramen restaurant that opened on February 28, 2023 and mainly serves seafood and pork bone tsukemen and seafood and pork bone ramen. Visited for the first time with a friend around 9pm on a weekday. At the ticket vending machine at the entrance, I ordered special seafood and pork bone tsukemen (medium) for 1,250 yen, fried pork belly char siu bowl for 400 yen, gyoza for 300 yen, and beer for 500 yen. The special seafood and pork bone tsukemen contains pork shoulder loin, 2 pieces of pork belly chashu, 2 meatballs, seasoned eggs, and seaweed, and is made into medium-thick tsurushiko noodles. The soup is a double soup stock made from seafood and pork bones, and it has a good viscosity, so the noodles mix well with the soup. In the grilled chashu rice bowl, the sauce soaks into the rice well, and the aroma of the roasted chopped chashu goes perfectly with the yolk. The gyoza was also crispy and the meat juices dripped from the torn parts, making it delicious.
