While I was on the move, I stopped by Ramen Jackson's in front of Fukushima Station (*´◒`*)For- I was feeling really rich, so I ordered "Ajitama Tonkotsu (seafood pork bone)"♪ After greeting all the Maiko-san on the wall, the rice bowl arrived in about 10 minutes (*´꒳`*) The pork bone and soy sauce soup has a Japanese-style taste and is strong in flavor.It has no smell or taste and is easy to enjoy♡ The char siu has a wonderful texture and is difficult to lift.It is cut into an extra-thick rose type without being rolled.This is the type of char siu that you can drink♪(´ε｀) The noodles have a firm and pleasant texture and are wavy, medium-thin noodles with a low water content, and the ultra-thin cut noodles go perfectly with the flavorful green onions, making them very delicious ♫ The salty taste is gentle, and you can eat it every day (*´-`)

I had all the tonkotsu ramen on top and the mentaiko rice set❗️ It's full of volume with everything on it 😋 You can't really see it in the photo, but the pork and menma are hidden under the green onions 👀 The soup had a gentle taste and the noodles were delicious, and I finished the soup in no time 🍜 The mentaiko rice had more mentaiko than I expected, and of course it was delicious. Next time I go, I would like to try the tsukemen that other people also ordered 😃
