Osaka, Japan｜Butayama Juso East Gate Store

We are a French couple and fell (especially me) totally in love for this restaurant. It was my first ramen during out stay and I had been disappointed in the past. I felt like I transformed in a super sayajin after my first bite. Everything was so perfect! The noodles, which for me are always neutral, were fat and tasty (probably because of the sauce). The pork slices were yummy and tasty, and the soup is like a divine beverage. The waiting was not so long (15 mins with around 10 people before us). Quantity is crazy. I chose large portion of noodles and was ashamed to not be able to finish my dish, twice! Too much soja to my taste. You can choose whether you want garlic or not. The atmosphere is typical for the quarter, people go there after work and are mostly dressed in suits. We are happy with this too of course. I out this long comment because I am ashamed that such a good ramen does not even have 4 stars. I am not Japanese but to my humble opinion when food is delicious and prices are so reasonable, it's not fair. Keep going!

Juso is one of few places tourist don’t try coming , but we found this Ramen place worth traveling to. The atmosphere is like a charged up , fully energised form of food theatres ( overhead - The iron chef showdown scene). Tse-Ke noodle is generously served and me-cha me-cha oiishi!!!

Really good ramen The best one in Japan from now. Meat is really soft and tasty The soup was delicious with a lot of favor. I recommened Even if there is some queue, It's quite fast
