I've tried both the classic Tonkotsu Ramen and the Kuro Abura Ramen, both delicious. Super creamy and tasty broth. The meat almost melts in your mouth, so good. Although the interaction is kept to a minimum, the staff are really nice. You need to select your order and pay upfront in the machine by the door, and then give your ticket to the staff. The machine only takes coins and ¥1,000 bills, but the staff will provide change if you need it. As is customary, there are ice water jugs and glasses in the counter you can help yourself to, as well as some condiments.
