I had the miso ramen and it was one of the best ones I've had in Japan. The broth was super rich and had so much flavour. Would highly recommend

working here for a year, The ramen here is very suitable for Taiwanese tastes. The shio ramen is the lightest, with a clam dashi. The soy sauce has the taste of dried fish, which is very different from the soy sauce in my impression. Miso is strong and slightly spicy. Curry has the spiciest taste and the strongest taste, so it is suitable to be served with a bowl of rice. If you have char siu don (チャシューdon), order it. It's super delicious and cheap. And if you dare to eat half-boiled eggs, you must have Weiyu. From the soup to the noodles, the owner is very attentive, please try it.
