More Comments at Google MapI went there for the first time today before going to the Toyonaka City Fire Band 45th Anniversary Concert being held at the Toyonaka City Cultural Arts Center. It's thick and delicious with tori paitan noodles, creamy soup, burdock tempura, and char siu. You can also choose from Korean-style or plain fried chicken. This time, my wife had the Korean flavor and I had the plain one. The fried chicken is also big and delicious.
I visited on a Sunday around 13:00 and it was empty. It seems to be a system where you enter the store wondering what it will be like and purchase it from the ticket vending machine at the entrance. Choose Soudabushi noodles and fried chicken No, it's delicious, but I don't know why it's empty. Personally, I like thin noodles, so that's a plus. The fried chicken was quite filling, and if you get it as a set with ramen, it's cheap at 200 yen. The thickness of the noodles varies depending on the soup, so I'll try a different one next time.
There is only a counter inside the store, but it gets quite crowded at noon. I ordered ramen using Soudabushi ❗The rare pork siu was slightly salty, but the soup had just the right amount of dashi, making it addictive. It looks like they will be offering a variety of noodles for a limited time 😃
