A ramen shop located in a small alley. It's a difficult place to enter, but it's a pretty good store. The store manager is a little taciturn, but I don't need him to be strangely friendly, so I'll take it easy. Ordered a lunch set of soy sauce ramen and pork bowl (small). Soy sauce ramen is delicious. It has a rustic feel and looks like it has a strong taste, but it's not spicy and you can drink it really deliciously. It goes well with noodles. Originally, I have always left all the juice, but here I feel like I can drink it all up. Well, I can only drink a little anyway. I still want to drink! It was so delicious that I thought it was strange. It's not Instagrammable because it's a town Chinese feeling, but it's great for eating normally. It might be good after drinking ~.

First visit! I had the recommended soy sauce ramen! The noodles were light, smooth and had a great texture! Char siu has less fat, so it's a nice drink after drinking. I will repeat it because it is reasonable!

As other reviewers have said, the owner is quiet, but you don't feel separated from him, and he maintains just the right amount of distance in a good way. Even if you're the only customer sitting at the counter, you won't feel uncomfortable at all. And I'm screaming. How about making your solo ramen debut? It has a light taste and is loaded with green onions, so you can enjoy the soup till the end. I like red ramen with gochujang. The noodles are thin and chewy, and go in smoothly. As of March 2023, a set of soy sauce ramen and small fried rice costs 880 yen, which is a great value for money. Well, I would add more chashu and medium fried rice! (lol)
