More Comments at Google MapI recommend it if you like natto and mackerel. I went there around 10pm and waited about 30 mins.
I often visit the Temmabashi store, but it seems that the tsukemen menu is only available at the main store and the Joto store, so I decided to order the ``Nokon Tsukemen'' (970 yen including tax). You can purchase from a ticket vending machine, but you can also use PayPay. There are only counter seats inside the store, but I was able to sit without feeling cramped ^^ I was surprised that the soup in the stone pot was boiling so slowly that it was still boiling ∑(゚Д゚) The soup is delicious with the kelp soup stock. The salt seasoning is also exquisite. The medium-thick curly noodles were springy and went down smoothly. I think this is a highly complete tsukemen.
I was looking for a ramen shop that was open late at night and found this one. Even though it was past midnight when I visited, it was full. There were so many options on the menu that I decided between ramen and mazesoba, but it seemed like a specialty, so I ordered the Hitsuki Mazesoba. I was too hungry so I also had char siu rice. 10 minutes of waiting. Natto! mackerel! Spicy miso! What, what, what is this! ? Although I was surprised by the ingredients I had never seen before, I mixed them together and took a bite. So delicious...! ! I thought natto would smell, but there was no odor at all, just the flavor and stickiness. This is delicious. You can do anything. Just when I was expecting it, I found chashu rice. The mazesoba came with a side of rice, but it was crunchy. Is the young man next to me a triple? 3 cups? I asked for it. When I finished eating and went outside, there was a line. It's amazing that it's so popular considering it's located in a local area called Shonai. I will definitely go again.
