Staff are really smiley and friendly and the ramen and fried rice were incredible! Before eating here I only loved Hakata tonkotsu ramen but since coming to this ramen shop I have changed my mind!

I had the salted chicken soba (850 yen). Since I visited without any prior knowledge, I thought it was a classic sublimated soup, but it turned out to be a mellow Western-style creative soup with a French twist. This is rare and delicious. It also goes well with the noodles. The toppings are also unique, consisting of two chicken breasts, onion frites, carrot glacé, seaweed, and lemon. The chicken breast meat is tender and has an elegant taste. The texture of the onion fritto is perfect for adding a little accent while slurping the noodles. The carrot glace is arranged like a flower bud, and even children who hate carrots will definitely like it. Is Kaiware in charge of adding color to the visuals, which tend to be monochromatic? I thought the lemon was just an alteration to the flavor of the soup, but the presence of the soup was so strong that I couldn't overwrite it, so I put it directly in my mouth to refresh my palate. Although we are in the midst of a rush to raise prices, they have worked very hard to offer this product for just 850 yen. The chicken paitan and Japanese-style soy sauce are also different. There is also a set menu, so even hungry people will be satisfied. Alcohol disinfection was used to prevent coronavirus.

I stopped by on my way home from work and ordered the salted paitan ramen. This is a restaurant that I've been interested in for a long time, and even first-timers can feel free to come in. The counter seats at the back of the restaurant are a calm space where you can concentrate on eating, and the taste is enhanced. I will eat there again.
