It's the best no matter how many times I eat it! Soy sauce ramen is super delicious! (You can choose thick or thin noodles, but I recommend the thick noodles.) Cold noodles are really delicious in summer! It has a rich flavor but is light, so it may be more suitable for women than men. The boiled dumplings and fried chicken croquettes on the side menu are really delicious, but in order to bring out the flavor of the ramen, we recommend eating them after you've eaten at least a little ramen. The soup is excellent! The sweetness and richness of the flavor when you put it in your mouth is irresistible. The flavor of the soup flowing down your throat continues to spread in your mouth. Either way, the inside of the store is beautiful. I don't know of a ramen shop that is as clean as this one. The kitchen is in the back, and the area where food is served and prepared (in front of the counter) is kept very clean. (The restrooms are also clean) They also have cold noodles and salt ramen (slightly ethnic style?). This is a ramen shop that definitely does the best and polite work in the Toyonaka ramen battleground. I think you'll understand if you look at the ramen and the inside of the store. It's a big difference from Noodle ○ in front of the station, which for some reason is magically ranked high on Tabelog, where there's a huge line and the inside is greasy and the floor is slippery (lol). A calm and elegant ramen shop. My husband and I had salt ramen + B set and soy sauce ramen + A set, both with thin noodles. "The soup had a really mild flavor, and I drank it all up after a long time." For those who want to eat a lot, the normal portion may not be enough, but it was just the right amount for a couple in their 60s. Set A's mixed rice with edamame and char siu was so good that I wanted more. There are also pork, chicken breast, and chicken thigh variations, all of which are delicious.

The location is along Prefectural Route 43 (Mino Kaido), on the south side of Chuan, in Shibahara Town (very close to the Shibahara Post Office). The parking lot can park about 2 cars in front of the store, and there seems to be a coin parking partnership a little north across the street. When you leave the store, the manager even goes out of his way to thank you, which shows how polite he is at his job, including the food!
