It's a small ramen shop located on a little back street. It just opened on July 22nd, and it's very clean. There are only 5 seats at the counter, and you can only pay by cash. There is no parking lot or bicycle parking lot, so we recommend using the train. Until August, we will be serving only 50 meals a day of dried sardines ramen and cooked rice sets. It was my first time trying dried sardine ramen in my life, and it had a very elegant taste, without any harshness, and was very gentle on the body. The noodles were chewy and the rock nori topping on top was the best. Also, the chicken chashu was juicy and delicious. The owner greeted me kindly and with a smile, and I was very impressed with how carefully he worked, wiping each dish one by one, and putting them away so as not to make any noise. It's a restaurant that is easy for women to enter, and I would like to eat there again♪

I feel like I've found a delicious ramen that I can eat with peace of mind 😊 When you open the sliding door, the smell of dried sardines will raise your expectations. There is a ticket machine right at the entrance, and there is a place to hang your bag behind the counter. I ordered "Ushio" this time. First of all, I am surprised by the soup. The kombu seaweed and dried shiitake mushrooms combine to create the finest dashi stock without the peculiar smell of dried sardines. It's just like the elegant dashi of Kyoto cuisine, and it's light but has a deep flavor. There are no miscellaneous tastes such as chemical seasonings. When I told my husband about it, he said yes. It seems that it was made to be kind to the body. The noodles are thin and tangle well. The menma on top is also homemade (elegant taste), chicken breast char siu (moist and elegant), and seaweed does a good job. Pepper is placed, but I feel happy even without it. When I told him that it would be delicious to add Inaniwa udon or white rice to this soup stock, the customer from yesterday also said so. This shop seems to be on Twitter, and it seems that you can get a good deal at the whim of your husband. I'm the master alone! Next time I go, let's add rice cooked with the finest soup stock~
