Go to Menya Kotori-san, located on the east side of Hankyu Shonai Station in Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture. Kotori soba (soy sauce) 830 yen. 100 yen for 3 pieces of quail. Beautiful visuals! The soup has a good balance of the umami of the chicken, the depth of the joints, and the aroma, and it's delicious! Also, the noodles are delicious! I really like this medium-thick straight noodle. There are also chicken hot water and salt, so it's a shop you want to revisit!
