I received the limited edition Tetsushi noodles. Amazing reproduction...especially the curly texture of the noodles! The ingredients are not exactly the same as expected, but they have been devised. The substitute noodles are thin noodles, and have a different texture! And when I finished the soup, the aftertaste was...just like that noodle. Next, I would like to try the mixed noodles, which are very popular with local customers.
