for those who like a thicker and chewier texture for their noodles - please try mazesoba! this hidden gem is an absolute treat, serving generous portions and lots of flavour! the pork belly was double torched right in front of me as well. i have had mazesoba in hong kong but this is the real deal! only 1000 yen for a banger of a meal!

It's originally a store in Nagoya! ! Contains chives and garlic! ! They are kind enough to ask if you want to add garlic 👍️ But chives are included, so let's go with garlic anyway 😏😏 Colds and viruses are also common 👍️👍️ It feels like a man's mixed soba noodles🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️ However, the interior is beautiful and recommended for women! Garlic goes really well with it! ! It's not an abura soba type, but a soup type, so the soup and the rice at the end are a great match! ! ! Let's go after we get hungry! I definitely recommend it!
