Ikeda, Osaka, Japan｜Salt

I had some business to do in Ikeda and wanted to have an early lunch, so I looked around and found this restaurant, so I decided to visit. I arrived at 11:30 on weekdays, entered the store, and was seated. There was one customer. There was a quiet store with JAZZ playing, and there was one owner who was more like a master than a general manager. I was confused about the normal salt, but the sansho salt ramen comes with a bowl for an additional 100 yen at lunchtime, so the egg and pork bowl is just 1000 yen. Where is the Japanese pepper in the light salt ramen? I thought I was late, and I felt numb and tingly. The char siu is melty and contains vegetables and seaweed. The rice bowl that comes with 100 yen is also delicious, and you can eat delicious ramen during the day in a jazzy atmosphere at Thank You Lunchtime. Thank you very much for the meal. In October, I went to Ikeda for the first time in a while and when I passed by a store, I saw a vending machine installed. Honda's bikes were also becoming Ducati, and it was thriving.

It has a very calm atmosphere and is a restaurant that anyone can casually visit. Especially since there are only counter seats, it is easy to enter even by yourself. I've eaten everything on the menu here, but I think the Sansho Shio Ramen is the best! The spiciness of the Japanese pepper in the special salt soup will make you unable to stop using your chopsticks. In addition, the corn butter salt ramen, which is available only during the winter season, is said to be a light ramen with a punch of butter, and I think even customers who like strong flavors will be satisfied. On the side menu, fried chicken and salted panna cotta are delicious. The fried chicken is prepared at the restaurant every time, and has a strong soy sauce flavor that goes perfectly with both ramen and rice. The salt panna cotta is melty and perfect as a palate cleanser after slurping up the noodles. If you go late at night, the food may be sold out, so be careful!

I ate salt ramen, and it was so delicious that I was surprised when I took a bite of the soup. The inside of the restaurant is decorated like a bar, and they have a menu of alcoholic beverages.I also had a mixed rice bowl with kimchi and pork egg as part of the lunch set (I didn't have high expectations for it), but it was also a very delicious dish. This is a store I'd like to come back to if I'm nearby.
