More Comments at Google MapI finally visited a restaurant that I had always wanted to visit as a lover of spicy food. I ordered one of the most recommended items on the menu, Beniichi (Special Noodles, Shibikaramashimashi) + Shime Rice. What was unusual was that the ingredients included hanpen on a skewer. A chopstick rest like a parfait wafer...? It had a nice harshness to it. Because the taste pursues spiciness, it is not a ramen that hits your tongue with soup stock and fat. The soup itself is light, and once it hits your throat, you won't be able to resist the strong flavor. I think this is okay. I was thinking. It was different. It wasn't at that level. The real thing comes after that. (Personal impression) ``Shimemeshi''. This is the true value of this store. (Again, personal impression) After finishing the noodles, add rice + a small amount of additional ingredients + curry sauce to the remaining soup. A similar dish would probably be curry and rice, but it's something similar and different. If I had to compare it to a soup curry with a very high concentration, I would say it. This was exquisite. What's so delicious about rice that soaks up a lot of the soup, even though the noodles only have a small amount of it? Especially since you scoop it up with the soup itself using a spoon and put it in your mouth. The main selling point of this restaurant is its soups with a wide variety of spices. If you want to enjoy the soup, rice is far more suitable than noodles. People who can't eat large portions should enjoy shimemeshi even if they reduce the amount of noodles. (dogmatism and prejudice)
[Spice ramen, not spice curry] Menya Queen Bee is located along National Route 176 near Hankyu Railway Ikeda Station. The ramen made by the kind proprietress is truly outstanding. When you relieve your dryness and stiffness, all that comes out is sweat. Since it was my first time, I ordered the most popular item, ``Beni Ichiten'', which was all on the menu. Even though it's all on top, it's not a huge amount, so I think even women can eat it all. I don't think you can taste the ramen with its rich soup and spicy flavor anywhere else. There seems to be a contracted parking lot, but there isn't space to park a bicycle, so it's best to walk.
I wanted to eat tandan noodles so I looked for them and found this restaurant, so I decided to visit it. It was next to UNIQLO along Route 176. I entered immediately. • Only one red item (¥1,100) •Rich spice tandan noodles (¥1,000) •Shimemeshi (¥280) Order. The red one is full of volume as it includes roasted pork belly, boiled egg, chicken keema, and hanpen! The thick soup clings to the firm noodles and is extremely delicious! The richly spiced dandan noodles are also delicious with the aroma of black sesame and rich soup! The shimemeshi was topped with green curry soup and dandan noodles, making it the best men's meal. Both ramen were excellent to say the least! I also want to try other ramen.
