I went there for the first time since it became a public dining room. I was able to use PayPay. As expected, the shop of “Nakano Shokudori”! The 930 yen included chicken tempura set meal on the signboard menu was very delicious. (Posted at the time of the previous ramen shop ↓) It has a very smooth and delicious soup. The noodles are thin and have a chewy texture. The egg-cooked rice contains salted kelp, nori seaweed, and green onions, and has a good balance of umami and flavor.

I had the thick white chicken broth and half ball (750 yen, tax not included). You can get it for half the price. Directly managed by a chicken wholesale company, the rich soup made with Nagoya Cochin chicken and the flavored breast meat are outstanding. I had the noodles with the standard hardness, but you can choose the hardness. I'm curious about the taste of this soup and the tsukemen version. It was my first experience with kumquat eggs. When I lightly chewed the outside, the flavored yolk popped out from the inside. If you don't like it, you can replace it with boiled egg. There are also 4 types of set menus with mini bowls. Kaedama 100 yen (tax not included) is free if you show your student ID, and there is a full service menu. It's a restaurant with a very high total balance level, not to mention the taste.

I was interested in the signboard of Nagoya Cochin and went there. I had a light soy sauce ramen and a mini oyakodon set. Char siu uses chicken. It should be noted that it contains a unique ingredient called kumquat, which at first glance looks like a quail egg, but I think it is an egg before it becomes an egg and the shell is completely formed, but it has a unique texture. You can eat it as it is. The yolk was also rich and delicacy. I thought it was unusual for a ramen shop to have oyakodon. This one also has a rich yolk, and I think it's made with only the umami of chicken instead of Japanese-style soup stock, but it was very delicious.
