The most recommended menu item (ramen🍜) is the "backfat soy sauce ramen"!! ️ Since the noodles are thin, I ask for the firmness of the noodles to be ``katamen'' and enjoy the texture. (There is also a barikata.) The reason why I like this place☝ is that you can freely add "garlic chips"😋I'm really grateful🙏 A bowl of backfat soy sauce ramen costs about 800 yen including tax, so a half-chan set will cost 1100 yen. Fried rice can be eaten as is, with pickled ginger, or with mustard greens or chili oil! ️👌
Parking is available along the main street. It is a shop that is easy for tourists to use. I ordered Makotoya's specialty "Gyujan Ramen". At first glance, it looks like Hakata ramen because of its cloudy soup and thin noodles, but it is actually beef bone-based ramen. It was the first time I had beef bones, so I was scared, but the soup was mild and easy to eat. It does not have the peculiarities of pork bones or seafood, and has a creamy and mellow mouthfeel. I think it goes well with thin noodles. I got tired of eating it, but there were plenty of seasonings on the table to change the taste, so I was able to enjoy it until the end while trying various things. Cospa is good. The customer service and hygiene were also good. I will use it again ^^
