More Comments at Google MapUsed for lunch. This was my first time trying this ramen shop in UR's Kita Midorigaoka housing complex, as it received pretty good reviews. I entered the store as soon as it opened at 11am on weekdays, and for some reason there were already 3 customers ahead of me. While seated, I ordered a half-fried rice set. After a few minutes of waiting, half fried rice was served. It looks good and doesn't seem to have any unnecessary ingredients. I took a bite and was surprised, it was delicious. It's no surprise that it's highly rated. A distant memory of fried rice made by my father in an iron pot on Saturday lunchtimes came back to life. It's a nostalgic taste, but the result is quite delicious depending on the professional firepower, oil, ingredients, and skill. I understand that there are people who only come to eat fried rice. Next was ramen, a gentle and easy-to-eat soup. The soft noodles also match the soup. Both fried rice and ramen were a good match. Next time, I would like to go with a large serving of fried rice.
I really wanted to eat delicious fried rice, and I wanted to eat the Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen with sesame and ginger to my taste, so even though I wanted to go, it was only available during the day on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays😭 I should have made it in time, but today was earlier than planned. It was closed 🕝 Yes, I can't help it. (But open until 2:20 p.m.) However, Yayoitei's fried rice is No. 1 in Hokusetsu. I don't want to become too famous though. I feel like I've surpassed Nanbantei, and I've surpassed Kumakichi as well. Fried rice made right in front of you in an iron pot. Sometimes the taste changes when you order large portions or fried rice, but that's normal everywhere. Half fried rice ramen, half fried rice ramen...both You can't choose between fried rice and ramen. After all, you came all the way. Ah, I couldn't eat today. Visit again tomorrow! The best fried rice from Hokusetsu and Toyonaka. Do your best! !
I had a half-chan set (half fried rice and ramen set) at lunch. A combination set of obediently delicious ramen and miraculously delicious fried rice. It's so delicious that I think I can get this far with a standard taste.
