There is a wide variety of ramen, including dried sardines, chicken broth, mazesoba, and all of them are delicious. I feel like they are doing a thorough job. We also recommend drinking it with one dish such as menma or char siu. The tsukemen, available only at night, is a very satisfying dish with thick, chewy noodles topped with carefully selected toppings. Furthermore, the grilled cheese rice at the end will boost your satiety. There are also group seats, so families are welcome. I hope that it will do its best as a shop that is loved by the locals.

The soup stock from dried sardines is really delicious. The noodles are thin, firm and delicious. I was able to meet you for the first time in a while. I like tonkotsu, but sometimes I want to eat a light ramen, so I'd like to visit there again.

I happened to pass by before, so I was curious and came to eat for lunch. Taiwan Mazesoba was delicious. It's a good deal that the price is the same up to 250g. A taste that you can't easily eat in Minoh? Next time I come, I will try a different ramen.
