Really really good! I enjoyed the soup and don’t have to buy any drinks. They provide water and with soup, enough liquids. Great texture. Can go with their recommended favours and level. Spicy wise, can add 1 or 2 for asians.

It's a long wait on Saturday night, about an hour total to get to the machine to place your order, then to wait for seats to open up at a booth. That said, it was more than worth it. You can adjust the richness of the dashi and broth as well as spice level. This place doesn't use pork, and their stewed beef is incredibly tender and tasty. Service was exemplary and you never see their faces.
