They have incredible spicy ramen! Absolutely delicious. Fully recommend this countertop ramen place. The English menu is easy to use on the machine out front of the restaurant as well.

It was delicious with a pork bone ramen that was quite responsive. The soup is rich enough and the noodles are delicious. Unlike Hakata, it is thin noodles with a slightly yellow tint. Takana, red pickled ginger, garlic, and sesame can be served if you ask the store clerk. I asked for takana and sesame, and I got takana rice! Takana is not very salty, and sesame oil is effective. So I thought it would go well with ramen rather than rice. The inside of the store is U-shaped counter seats. You can specify the hardness of the noodles and the amount of backfat at the ticket vending machine. Even so, the store changes around this place lol. Before Zundoya, it was a Kyoto ramen shop, and before that, I think it was another shop. Personally, I want you to calm down at Huzundoya.
