Amazing restaurant, one person is handling everything and doing it fast and perfectly. Food is amazing !

I usually prefer miso ramen, but wow, I was really surprised by Ciel shio ramen!It is delicious: the soup, the meat, everything is perfectly balanced and will bring paradise to your mouth!

Visited after 13:00 on weekdays. There are about 3 customers. I liked the salt ramen here. soup stock and The flat noodles went well with it, and I drank up the soup. I personally like to put plenty of pepper on salt ramen. It tasted like pepper. I think it's hard to do it in one operation, but I've become a fan of the carefully crafted simple taste.
