A ramen shop located along Sonezaki-dori Street, right next to Minamimorimachi Station. All measures against coronavirus are in place. The customer service is also great. I have only used two Kinsei Group ramen restaurants so far, but I get the impression that Kinsei's not only the taste but also the quality of the restaurant is high. I ordered "Awase Aji" (830 yen including tax). A ramen that combines chicken and pork bone soup with seafood stock. The umami of the chicken and pork comes to the fore, but the seafood flavor without the odor is also nice. It has a rich and mellow texture that goes well with rice. The char siu also has just the right amount of fat and sweetness. The noodles are medium thick and straight. It is said to be Kinsei original noodles. It had a chewy texture with a strong wheat flavor and went perfectly with the soup.

It was delicious! I drank all the juice★ What I ate this time was “Grated Plum Hiyashi Japanese Style Salt” At first, I was surprised by the squirrel soup (I ordered it without thinking it was seafood). The clear broth feels good on your body! It was so delicious that I would drink it all at once if I was thirsty. The noodles are also delicious, mixed well with the tsurushiko soup stock. The chashu was delicious again! Juicy and just like this It looked like it would be a side dish for dinner (I went there at lunchtime) Let's come again★
