Ibaraki, Osaka, Japan｜Kotan Hankyuibarakiten

I went here for lunch for the first time in a few years. The layout was different and refreshing. I had vegetable ramen (miso flavor/egg and bean sprout topping), gyoza, and plenty of garlic. I would like to visit the store again.

This is a shop that I have been going to for over 10 years. I always eat gyoza ramen with miso flavor. The mellow miso soup has an exquisite balance of salt content, and the chewy, medium-thick noodles and crispy gyoza are in perfect harmony. I ate Kotan ramen at Namba and Umeda stores, but the Ibaraki store has the best taste. Each store is slightly different. The gyoza ramen at the Ibaraki store is a special cup for me.

The first place I ate was at the Avetika counter. more than 40 years ago It's still my favorite ramen. The side menu has increased, but Kotan's soy sauce is the best.
