When I was traveling to Sapporo, I wanted to go to a restaurant that was crowded with locals, so I looked for it. I read in the reviews that you can't get in unless you make a reservation, so I made a reservation a month in advance. It was a good decision to make a reservation! Good value for money and delicious taste! Photo ・Assorted sashimi (2000 yen) and bluefin tuna platter (500 yen) ・Tuna yukke (500 yen) ・Fried tuna Tatsuta (500 yen) ・Matachi ponzu sauce (680 yen) ・Salmon milt tempura (480 yen) ・Salted sea squirt ・Stewed dragon noodles (680 yen) The famous dish Yan Zumori is a must! The Shintachi ponzu sauce was so fresh that you wouldn't be able to eat it in a prefecture without a sea. Is stewed dragon noodles a simple stewed ramen with only green onions as vegetables?
