Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong｜Kwan Kee Store

One of the last of its kind. This store will be permanently closed this month after being in business since the 60’s. I come here every time I visited Hong Kong. These traditional treats are getting harder and harder to find in HK. The store will now be turned into a cell phone store 😞.

Taste is always personal but the pudding it sell is something hard to find. Something was common as everyday snack in 60’s and 70’s. You don’t buy a piece of pudding but a piece of memory here.
