The restaurant”s interior is decorated elegantly. It achieves 2 Michelin starred accolade for its extraordinary culinary craftsmanship. We were appreciated that each dish”s temperature controlled very well and hot enough. The service team was attentive and efficient. The restaurant is located at a convenient location and definitely worth a visit.

We have dim sum every weekend back home in Singapore but we always plan for dim sum in Hong Kong. The offerings at each restaurant is different. You can try different types of dim sum. This was recommended by a friend who knew about it through his friend. Trust word of mouth recommendations. That's all I have to say. The cheong fun with garoupa filing takes the top spot, on a selection of dim sum items that was already quite delectable. It's our first visit, and we've already decided that it will become a regular for our trips here.

I dislike innovated fusion canton food, which is why I love Ying Jee Club, they focus on refining their skills on authentic Cantonese dishes. Reservation was a breeze, called a day prior and it was set. Some dishes require you to reserve a day prior as well, make sure you consult the receptionist about this. I highly recommend stir fried lobster and steamed grouper.
