Central, Hong Kong｜Duddell's

One of my favorite fine dining in Hong Kong. The foods are exceptionally tasty and with very good variety of options to choose from the menu. The seating are very comfortable and ambiance is relaxing. They have a dedicated art and painting spot upstairs where you’ll see a collection of ink paintings. I love that it gives me an exhibit ambiance for dining downstairs and for drinks upstairs. The prices are a bit high but the quality you get reflects it. Service is exquisite as expected from an upscale place a d staff and friendly, accommodating and informative. I could come here everyday if budget will allow. MY FAVORITE IS THE SPICED TOFU CUBES!

Such a lovely place! You wouldn’t just stumble in there as there’s not much to flag it from the street but once there it’s a beautiful oasis away from the street’s hustle and bustle. There is a restaurant area on the third floor whilst fourth floor has more of a terrace/ bar/ casual area - which I think I prefer. The food is absolutely delicious, the drinks amazing and the service is efficient and with a smile. I would definitely return.

Duddels had one of the best peking ducks I've tried. It was crunchy, tasty and creamy. The shrimp pops were very tender and a burst of flavor. The roasted pork was very tender and savory. The service was great. They were friendly and welcoming and explained the menu items very comprehensively. The design of the restaurant was also very neo classical and with a unique ambiance.
