The absolute benchmark for wonton noodles in Hong Kong. There aren't many places that have been around as long as they have and it's for good reason. Their noodles are thin as they should be, and have the perfect amount of flavor and chew to them. The wontons themselves are bite sized and contain both shrimp and pork. The wonton wrappers are thin and silky smooth. The broth is also so full of flavor that you should drink it after you're done. Another thing that most people don't particularly notice is how good and well made their chili oil is. Their home made chili oil is both spicy and fragrant and is the perfect complement to the wontons, noodles, and broth. Their beef brisket is also no slouch; tender and flavorful and their beef brisket broth is also the perfect balance between sweet, salty and umami. I hope they never go out of business and I will always be back!

One of the best wonton noodle in town. Had it for tea break, so can't try too much varieties Wonton size just right for 1 bite size, yummy with crunchy fresh prawn. Springy noodles, flavourable soup base with tasteful roasted dried flounder fish flavour. The veggie is fresh and juicy with veggie sweet. Efficient serving. The staffs are friendly and nice who did guide us what's the best way and condiment to go with each dishes. Not too crowded during tea break time in weekday, can take the seat free and easy. Very satisfied tea break 😋😋😘
