Central, Hong Kong｜Tsim Chai Kee Noodle

A slightly more affordable, larger portion and equally great tasting option to Mak's noodle which is just right across the road! Recommended to come here instead. Had the prawn dumpling noodles and man the dumplings were stuffed with fillings and they were huge! The beef slices options were are great nice and tender. The broth is clear and tasty, add a little chilli for the kick and you'll have a memorable meal here for sure. A must try.

2023 August 4.5★ Multiple Michelin star classified restaurant for multiple years and there's a great reason - it's very good! Small focused menu with fast service in a cozy environment. 三饼麵 $49 招牌雩吞 Exceptional. Chewy texture and fill of flavors. 鮮鲮魚肉 Amazing. You can taste the fish and the seasonings. 鮮牛肉 Great. Good, but the others are better. 郊外油菜 $19 通菜 was in season with fermented beancurd sauce. Very good. Slightly more expensive than other places, but marginal. Would recommend. Would come again.

The food was so good!!!! Highly recommend the prawn noodles, the shrimp was so big and wow was the soup and noodles so good! Service was quick, we were seated right away despite the long line it was quick moving. Food was also served quickly. It’s a big serving 😃 must try when you are in central!
