If you're looking for some delicious and authentic Cantonese cuisine, then look no further than 联记面家! This hidden gem serves up some truly incredible dishes that are sure to satisfy your taste buds. While there's no English menu available, the servers are more than happy to assist with ordering and even offer the use of Google Translate to ensure that you're getting exactly what you want. Not only that, but the prices are very affordable, making it a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner. One dish that we particularly enjoyed was the beef brisket noodle with wanton. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the tender beef brisket and chewy noodles were the perfect combination. We also loved the brocolli sprouts with dark sauce - a simple dish, but executed to perfection. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at 联记面家 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious and authentic Cantonese cuisine. Don't be intimidated by the lack of an English menu - the friendly and helpful staff will make sure that your meal is a great one!

It is simply the best wanton I've ever had. Ask for wanton only, and don't put them in soup. They made the wanton just outside the shop. Many locals ask for raw wantons and cook at home. You can see the size of the shrimp by yourself. The traditional Cantonese noodle also took me by surprise. I do not like these noodles in general. Although they are called "shrimp roe noodles", they are usually with little tastes and too chewy. But theirs was different. I notice the fermented aroma of shrimp roes almost immediately. The texture is bouncy, but not chewy. Because it was summer when I visited, I asked for the "dry style", just with a drip of source on the top. The combination of their wantons and noodles is heavenly. I put this shop on "soul food" list of mine.

Wow. Hands down best wonton noodles I ever had. Ordered 3 bowls for myself lol
