A very local food in Hong Kong This cart noddles place in Sham Shui Po is a very famous one. I ordered the fish maw, pork feet, pig skin and radish. I really like the curry pig skin. The radish is soft. Fish maw is very chewy! Love this place This is how it works here! You will always see there is a line, but no worry, there is enough seat, but there is only 2 chef that can prepare your cart noddles! Be patient! Line up and you tell them what you need, 1. Choose your noodle 2. Choose your food toppings 3. They will ask you how many people and arrange table for you. Strongly suggest you to seat in the next store. The store that you order has seats, but it always smell stinky!

The must-try is the Swiss chicken wings, which are well marinated and delicious. Each bite is filled with sweet Swiss sauce, which tastes particularly amazing. Other must-order ingredients include hand-baked fish meat, oyster mushrooms, glass spicy squid and southern suckling pig knuckles, etc.

They have a total of 4 shop front on the same row so go to where the queue is (next to 囍囍美食) to order inside the shop. We ordered a portion for sharing, yellow noodles with 5 dishes. Portion is huge and very tasty, surprisingly not salty even though we had a few braised items. Highly recommended to give them a try!
