Sheung Wan, Hong Kong｜Katsudo -Sheung Wan-

I always come here for lunch, I like the rice of scramble egg with shrimp and the rice of pork chop with XO sauce. The Hong Kong milktea is good. Their eggs are from Japan, you can taste the difference compare to the one using Chinese 🥚

Classic breakfast set for hongkongers. But what make this restaurant is even better than others are their soup base and the crispy bun. Normally in other cha chaan teng, the satay beef noodles will be served with the instant noodles and their respective soup powders. But this restaurant, similar to their restaurant icon: 🐷, they have use pork bone broth for the base which you could taste beef and pork together in a very classy satay noodles. Also look at the crispy bun, you may look at the photos I have uploaded. It is well toasted with butter and A LOT of condensed milk. Perfectly serve with the scramble eggs and Hong Kong style milk tea or any hot drinks. It's a good place for breakfast in Shueng Wan, and one more choice for you to have the classic hk breakfast set in some newly mix.

This friendly, small restaurant blends Hong Kong-style BBQ Pork (Char Siu), creamy fired eggs and hearty carbs in its set meals. Highlight of my last visit: sweet soya sauce that make the Char Siu sings, smooth ginger milk tea and attentive service👍5-minute walk from Sheung Wan exit A2.
