Mong Kok, Hong Kong｜十大碗粥麵專家(旺角店)

I found this place looking for a late night meal as most restaurants close at 10pm. The staff I spoke to didn't speak English but they were friendly and there is an English menu if you ask for it. My family tried the classic soup wonton dish S1 and I had the dry noodles with spicy minced pork D8 and both were really good. Note that the noodles felt slightly firm which was fine for me but may not be for others, and I don't know if you can ask them to cook it longer if you prefer soft noodles. But the soup in particular had amazing depth of flavour so I ordered more side dishes once I had a feeling that the rest of the menu would also be good. I don't know the names or menu number of the side dishes but they were all really good too. The big 6 fishball one was probably the least favourite, but did taste good with the clam sauce (very potent). I'd definitely come back!

Wow! Such an amazing noodle experience! The dishes are very delicately done! The soup noodles are simply fabulous! We were blown away!! Every dish we ordered are outstanding!! Can’t ask for more! We will b back!!
