Amazing food. The prawn soup noodle was heavenly. The deep fried pork chop was out of the world. Mind blown by the food quality and how reasonably priced everything is. You can get an extremely decent meal for under 80$ HKD. Lunchtime is super crowded so better to come outside of peak hours. 10 out of 10. Would recommend.

The Laksa here is absolutely delicious. The price is quite reasonable compared to other restaurants where the meal portions are much smaller. Laksa is not very spicy. If you prefer it spicier, you can add chili paste by option. I really like this flexibility, as it allows even those who can't handle spicy food, like me, to enjoy a rich and flavorful bowl of Laksa. The Thick-cut Pork Chop Laksa is priced at $75, and the Lemongrass Chicken Chop is $72. Both dishes have excellent flavours. The pork chop is thick and juicy, with just a little bit of fat. Overall, it's not too greasy and has a milder taste compared to the chicken chop. The chicken chop, although not as thick as the pork one, is very tender. the seasoning is slightly heavier. The Hainanese Chicken Laksa, priced at $80, unfortunately doesn't come with the option to adding chili paste. Again, it is a generous serving, the chicken breast was beautifully tender and delicious. I also tried the Milo Dinosaur, which is a must-have drink for me when I eat Malaysian or Singaporean cuisine (+$15). It came in a large glass, but was a bit too sweet for my liking. Contrary to other comments, I had a good experience with the service during my visit. The small restaurant is quite comfortable to dine in.

(Updated) Hvn't been to TKT for awhile, but heard of this SGP food shop. It's a tea time session but surprisingly pretty full. Ordered the well acclaimed thick pork.chop with laksa, and the pork.chuck with rice (for myself). Really v good... the thick pork.chop is crispy, soft and well seasoned, v good portion too. Laksa soup is great indeed, not much msg based (not thirsty afterwards !). Not only pork.chop, the laksa served with fishball, beancurd, bean sprouts and egg! The pork chuck is simple yet tasty, esp liked the two fried eggs that made some good difference to whole dish. Overall, a v happy tea meal with extreme value, will visit again ... heartily recommended ! Update : 5th Sept 2022. Visited again this SGP cafe last week just after lunch time. Ordered a pork cartilage laksa, and a assorted meat rice (coconut seasoned rice, with mix of curry brisket, fried chicken, pork chunk), topped with egg and some other snacks. Wow, the rice is really tasty with the curry sauce and the meats are well seasoned and generous in quantity. Be my favorite ! The port cartilage is soft and delicious too, great with the laksa based noodles. Again, a full recommendation !
