Truly deserving of its Michelin Star, this restaurant serves the best roasted goose in the region, hands down. The skin was crispy while the flesh is tender and had so much flavour you keep wanting to go back for more. I think the secret also lies with its secret sauce used to drizzle every plate. Do be prepared to brave the queues and expect packed seating environment as you will most likely be sharing tables with other patrons. Highly recommended for all travellers going to Hong Kong.

This restaurant was the highlight of our dining experience in Hong Kong as foreigners and was the most remarkable one too. The queue for dine in can get a bit long but once seated everything will be quick and you might get seated alongside other diners too. We were only able to order the Roasted Goose with Rice (although we wish we tried out some others too) but it was exceptionally good. It may have been an overstatement but my partner said that the food was heavenly. This restaurant will definitely be our go-to restaurant whenever visiting Hong Kong!

The best roast goose restaurant in HongKong in my opinion. All their other roast meats like char siu are also very good. I really like that their roast goose is always made just right, skin is always crispy but not fatty, the meat is tender at all times regardless of different parts on the goose. I always get their standard roast goose with rice. They drizzle the right amount of meat sauce on the rice. Their plum dipping sauce goes really well with their meat too. I ordered a side of dry egg noodles and it was just as good with the roast meats. Service is efficient, they have English menu but floor can get slippery so be careful when you’re walking inside.
