The most exquisite and well presented Cantonese cuisine. Everything we had in the private room was individually portioned and served. The flavour and presentation are exceptional. The tea paired was finest in taste. The choices of ingredients are so fresh and healthy that I came away feeling recharged.

Food is excellent with medium to high price range (top tier hotel price). Menu is a bit limited but each has great taste. Food taste is fine dining. I have order assorted BBQ, Cripsy Chicken and White Noodle with Wagu Beef. All menu is magnificant. Will be back when I get back to HK.

Has tried the dim sum afternoon buffet. The welcome drink - Jasmin Cold Sparkling tea is very appealing. There are a lot of yummy dishes but I like the scallop dumplings most as it is with a big scallop filled with very tasty soup. Deserve a try.
