Four Seasons Claypot Rice is the collective memory of Hong Kong people. It is an old restaurant that must be eaten when passing by Yau Ma Tei. Fried oyster cake (large) $120 There are three pieces of large fried oyster cakes in total, and the oyster cakes at Four Seasons are really excellent! The crispy skin is so thin and crispy. The salty aroma of duck eggs is combined with a large amount of fresh oysters. It is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. In addition to the aroma of duck eggs, you can also eat every oyster. This is an authentic Teochew cold dish. ! Highly recommend everyone to order a big portion! It's a lot of food for two people, and it's delicious! It's paired with the special spicy sauce, which has three different levels of sweet, spicy, sour, and sour. It's delicious! Chicken rice with sausage and sausage $72 Claypot rice is a relatively dry way to moisturize the intestines. The casings are crispy and extraordinarily delicious. It’s a great accompaniment to claypot rice! Compared with the ordinary sausage, its wine aroma is stronger, but the sausage is just ordinary and not too special.

Nice traditional restaurant selling signature claypot rice and fried oyster cake. The oyster cake is made of duck eggs so it is rich in flavor. Portion is however quite small.

First time back after more than 8 years. Its now air-conditioned and very comfortable seating (not too cramped as before). The food is as delicious as before and besides the claypot, one should not skip the Oyster omelette and vegetable tofu and meat soup. Be prepared yo wait some 20mins for the claypot rice and another 5-10 min for the soy sauce you put in once its served.
