Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜The Queen

It is located in 1881 Heritage, a shopping mall positioned as cultural shopping landmark with luxury brands. Unfortunately, it is not fully eqipped with different shops. However, it is a gorgeous architect. My friends and I visited The Queen for dinner and we are impressed by the dishes quality and beautiful interior and architect of the place. The decoration is tradition and decent. The dining utensils are very beautiful. All the food are absolutely fantastic. We like the sweet and sour pork, Panfried Cod in Soya and mushroom sauce, Fried dark soya sauce in beef noodles, Sichuan tofu, etc. The staff are helpful, even better if more proactive to enhance dining experience.

it's a sichuan restaurant in 1881 building. the interior was posh, with each room only a few round tables to limit the number of people and noise. lots to choose from the menu, it made us quite difficult to decide what to go for. we were only in a group of 3 so chinese food might not be a good choice, we really can't pick much. the main one we wanted was the boiled chili fish but when we looked at the menu, we found it interesting to try with the ox tongue instead. that's the best pick of the night indeed! very hot and spicy soup, with very soft ox tongue, it's very easy to eat with and the mouthfeel and flavour was excellent! the second best of the night was the fish cooked with bean curd, they're made both very soft and smooth. it's a very elegant match. many people recommended the fried rice so we picked it, ya it was good too. overall the place was nice, food was nice. only complaint i had for the night was, the big group of people at the next door was extremely noisy. they screamed and shouted throughout the whole night, was so drunk and banging thing. we could hardly hear each other. but we knew the staff couldn't do anything too. too bad.

Nice Chinese restaurant in heritage 1881. A bit hard to find as its name hidden in FWD house. Service is good with enjoyable tea set cups and plates. Food is quite yummy and can only order Dimsum before 4pm.
