Excellent tasting menu for dinner. Great service. I really enjoy the crab and the lobster, not to mention they have a specially crafted tea which is also fantastic. Highly recommend.

We had orders three menus - all of them are great taste. Chef's complimentary is very nice with fresh taste. In addtion, chicken & egg plant are perfect especially chicken. Fried rice in the bowl is supreb. We are very happy with taste, service and food demonstration. Will be back for sure if i am at HK again.

I had an incredible dinner here at the Ming Court and it was truly a one of a kind experience! This restaurant has so many different options to choose from and I actually went a little out of the ordinary and tried many different dishes that I probably would've never tried elsewhere. For the appetizer I had the mantis shrimp with caviar and the drunken chicken, which I can definitely recommend! Then I had the lobster puff with dragon fruit, which was undoubtedly my favorite! Seriously a must try! Up next was the abalone and pomelo, both were very delicious and unlike anything I've ever had before! After that came the sea cucumber that was stuffed with wagyu beef and let me just tell you... that was such a delicious entree! I have never had a combination like that before and it is something you should try if you visit the Ming Court restaurant! We had a few more dishes after that, you can see them on the menu belo, but long story short... you must visited this restaurant! The food and service is unmatched! Very easy to tell why they have a Michelin Star! 🤩
