Wonderful seafood Hotpot restaurant. It's frequently by locals, and Hong Kong peeps really know their soups. This restaurant has many soup base options, including drunken chicken, fish maw seafood soup stocks. A must try would be the dough fritters with prawn "glue" and fish roe. It's amazing how the dough soaks up the soup and still packs a crunch!

The environment is clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the coconut soup base is delicious.

Not only is the food amazing and fairly priced, the service is awesome too. Quite simply the best food we’ve had in Hong Kong!
